How can I purchase a product on THE LUXER?
You can place an order in few easy steps:
- choose the desired articles and add them to your Cart
- Register on WWW.THELUXER.COM or, if you already have, log in by entering your email address and your password
- enter the requested shipping information
- enter the requested payment information
- proceed to checkout and complete your order

Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled only in the event that they have not yet been assigned to the carrier for delivery. Otherwise, you may proceed with the "Exchange and Return" policy.

Can I change my shipping address?
It is not possible to modify your shipping address once the order has been completed. Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address when placing the order.

What countries do you ship to?
THE LUXER operates in Italy, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, United Kingdom and Spain. Delivery is possible only to the country the order originated from. Orders to foreign countries or addresses not accepted from our courier service (P.O Boxes or poste restante), will be automatically cancelled.
