How do I buy a product on THE LUXER?
You may place an order by following the next few steps:
- Choose the products you want and add them to the shopping bag
- Register, log in or access as guest by entering your details
- Fill in the delivery information: recipient's name, place of delivery and delivery method
- Enter payment information
- Confirm and proceed with the order
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled only in the event that they have not yet been assigned to the courier for delivery. Otherwise, you may proceed with the "Exchange and Return" policy.
Can I change the shipping address?
It is not possible to modify the shipping address once the order has been confirmed. Make sure you provide the correct delivery address when ordering.
In which countries do you deliver?
THE LUXER is active in Italy, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, England and Spain. Deliveries will be made only in the country of origin of the order. Orders placed from the site of a country for which you have selected a foreign destination or to an address not accepted by our courier (PO box) will be automatically canceled.
